Boil Water Advisory (Issued at 3:40pm)

The Public Works Unit of the Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke wishes to inform ALL residents east of the Mercier Bridge of a Boil Water Advisory. A water main was damaged as a result of excavation work under the Mercier Bridge.  Public Works crews are on site effecting repairs at this time.

All residents to the east of the Mercier Bridge including Clay Mountains, SLS 12, Osha�s and Lot 106 are now under a Boil Water Advisory. Residents are asked to boil water for at least 10 minutes before consuming.

The advisory will be lifted when tests prove that the water is safe for consumption.
