Kahnawake Combined Schools Committee and MCK issue Joint Statement

The Kahnaw�:ke Combined Schools Committee (KCSC) and the Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke (MCK) have issued the following Joint Statement:

The Kahnaw�:ke Combined Schools Committee and the Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke have come to a mutual agreement to work collaboratively for the next 30 working days to enhance the current Educational policies that are in place.

We are encouraging community members to engage in these very informative upcoming sessions on Education. It is imperative that all parents get involved with Kahnaw�:ke�s Education so that your voice is heard.

The KSCS and MCK reached an agreement yesterday that allowed for the reinstatement of the authority of the KCSC and confirmed the creation of a Joint Working Group in order to address the Constitution and other issues in Education.
