Executive Director's Office

The Executive Director’s Office (EDO) Functions as the Mohawk Council of Kahnawá:ke’s  catalyst between service delivery and the political direction of the Council of Chiefs.

Being at the core of the organization, the EDO ensures the optimal level of resource management services, quality assurance and operational standards by providing leadership and structure.

The EDO includes the Executive Director, who works in collaboration with the :

• Associate Executive Director of Finance & Administration
• Associate Executive Director of Operations & Community Planning
• Associate Executive Director of Community Based Services & Special Projects
• The Executive Support Services consisting of Communications, Legal Services and Quality Assurance

The Executive Director's Office works closely with the Office of the Council of Chiefs and the Grand Chief's Office ensuring political decision are operationalized and administered effectively.
