Notice to community � traffic lights out on Route 132

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke wishes to inform the community that traffic lights located on Route 132 between the Mercier Bridge and Cote Ste. Catherine are not operating due to Hydro outages in the area.

The Kahnaw�:ke Peacekeepers have deployed the emergency stop signs at the affected sites. As well, they have brought in extra officers to assist.

Drivers are asked to please use extra care when using this area because many drivers may not be aware of these temporary measures.
