Mercier Bridge lane reduction

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke has been informed by the Jacques Cartier & Champlain Bridges Incorporated and the Minist�re des Transport du Quebec that the Kahnaw�:ke-bound span of the Mercier Bridge will be closed to allow for repairs tonight (Tuesday), November 1st from 8pm until 4:15am (November 2nd) and Thursday, November 3rd from 9am until 3pm.

During the work, one lane will be available in each direction on the Montreal-bound span.

After the closures, the following traffic configuration will continue:

�    One lane in each direction
         o    Weekends and holidays
         o    Monday to Wednesday from 9pm until 4am
         o    Thursday and Friday from 11pm until 4am

�    Two Montreal bound lanes and one Kahnaw�:ke bound lane
         o    Monday to Friday from 5am until 11:30am

�    Two Kahnaw�:ke bound lanes and one Montreal bound lane
         o    Monday to Wednesday from 12:30pm until 8pm
         o    Thursday and Friday from 12:30pm until 10 pm
