Mercier Bridge lane reductions

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke has been informed by the Jacques Cartier & Champlain Bridges Incorporated that the Kahnaw�:ke-bound span of the Mercier bridge will be completely closed on Saturday, November 19th from 6am until 6pm.

During this time, the Montreal-bound span will be reduced to one lane in each direction. The Airline ramp that provides access to the Mercier Bridge will also be closed during this time.

In case of bad weather, the closures will be moved to Sunday, November 20th with the same schedule and configuration.

The closures are necessary to allow for materials to be delivered in preparation for Phase B of the Mercier Bridge Rehabilitation Project.
