Deadline coming to apply for Community Rep for KLCC

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke (MCK) would like to remind the community that the Kahnaw�:ke Legislative Coordinating Commission is seeking one (1) person to sit as a full-fledged member of the Commission.

Please note that the deadline for applications is Friday, 23 Tsoth�hrha/December at 12 noon.

Interested persons should be eighteen (18) years of age or older, be registered on the Kahnaw�:ke Mohawk Registry and have a sincere interest in community governance systems. The person selected will be expected to participate in Commission meetings (approximately three to four times per month).

There will be financial remuneration for this position.
