Third reading of the Sanitary Conditions Law

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke (MCK) would like to inform Kahnawa�kehr�:non that the Third Reading of the draft amendments to the Sanitary Conditions Law will take place at 6pm at the Golden Age Club on Tuesday, January 10th, 2012.

The draft amendments to the Sanitary Conditions Law must go through a final reading before regulation can take place. As there have been no objections to the actual proposed amendments in either the two 30-Day reviews or the two official Readings, it is expected that the process will be finalized in the next few weeks.
