Reminder: third reading of the Sanitary Conditions Law

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke (MCK) would like to remind all Kahnawa�kehr�:non that the Third Reading of the draft amendments to the Sanitary Conditions Law will take place at 6pm at the Golden Age Club tomorrow night - Tuesday, January 10th.

The draft amendments to the Sanitary Conditions Law must go through a final reading before regulation can take place. As there have been no objections to the actual proposed amendments in either of the two 30-Day reviews or the two official Readings, it is expected that the process will be finalized in the next few weeks.
