Ensuring household garbage pickup

The Kahnaw�:ke Environment Protection Office (KEPO) would like to remind the community that in order to ensure their household garbage is picked up, all waste should be placed curbside by 7am on Fridays.

On occasion, the garbage pickup crew may amend its route and schedule to accommodate for weather, traffic or to keep up to the fluctuating amount of garbage. Due to these changes, households that do not have garbage curbside by 7am may miss pickup for that week.

Alternatively, community members who missed the pickup service can drop off their bags at the Transfer Depot from Monday to Saturday between the hours of 8:30am and 4pm.
