Fire Brigade renovations

The Capital Unit of the Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke would like to inform the community that the Kahnawake Fire Brigade (KFB) will be undergoing flooring renovations beginning Wednesday, May 23rd and ending Friday, June 8th.

For the duration of the work, the KFB will park emergency vehicles in their exterior parking lot. Community members are urged not to use the parking lot during this time. It is imperative that space is available, as these types of vehicles require a large amount of space to enter and exit the parking area.

Heavy machinery and construction crews will be on site weekdays from 7am until 3:30pm and will also require space in the area. No road closures are expected.
