Court receives Appeal to 2012 Council Elections

The Court of Kahnaw�:ke is advising the community that it has received two (2) letters of appeal to the Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke  Elections from community members.  

As outlined in the Appeals Section of the Kahnaw�:ke Elections Law, the appeals  will be reviewed and addressed by a Justice of the Peace from the Court of Kahnaw�:ke within the prescribed period of time. 

An official written decision will be available once the appeal process has been completed.
