Culvert replacement on Route 207

The Capital Unit of Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke would like to inform all Kahnawa�kehr�:non and surrounding communities of upcoming works on Route 207. Two culverts need to be replaced on this roadway to ensure the safety of our Community. The work is scheduled to begin on Tuesday September 4th, 2012 and should be completed in five (5) weeks, weather permitting.

Route 207 will be closed to ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC between Highway 138 and Highway 30 for the duration of the project. The entire roadway will be completely removed at the �work areas� shown below. The necessary signalization will be placed to safely redirect traffic.
