Animal Spay and Neuter clinic, September 23rd

The Animal Protection Department of the Community Protection Unit is pleased to announce a second low-cost Animal Spay and Neuter clinic being held on Sunday, September 23rd.

The clinic is by appointment only and requires a $20 deposit. Pet owners are asked to drop off animals at the Community Protection Unit at 11am and return at 5pm for pickup. Pet owners are strongly encouraged to bring their own cages/carriers, as Animal Protection equipment is limited.

The procedures will be performed at a local veterinary clinic where all animals will be transported to and from.

The following fees are the responsibility of the owner:

�    Male cats: $60 / female cats: $90;
�    Immature male/female dogs: $110;
�    Mature female dogs: $170; and
�    Vaccinations: additional $40 per animal.
