Accident Investigation operation underway

The Kahnawake Peacekeepers wish to inform the community that the intersection in front of Karonhian�nhnha School will be closed for approximately two hours while police conduct an investigation into the fatal accident that occurred there early Tuesday morning. A Sur�te du Quebec Accident Reconstructionist will be on site to assist the Peacekeepers in their investigation. The closure is expected to take place shortly (approximately 11am).

Motorists will have to use an alternate route while the investigation is taking place. Transportation to Karonhian�nhnha and Step By Step should not be affected, though there may be short delays.
