Chiefs Kiosks to return to Services Complex

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke (MCK) wishes to inform the community that the �Chiefs Kiosks� will return to the Services Complex on a regular basis.

While there have been many occasions where Chiefs made themselves available at the Services Complex for various issues, this initiative is designed to give community members the opportunity to speak to Chief & Council in an informal setting on a more regular basis.

�It�s a simple concept,� said Grand Chief Michael Ahr�hron Delisle, Jr. �People can stop by, ask questions, bring up concerns, make suggestions or comment on just about anything they wish.�

Space at the Services Complex has been reserved every second Thursday for this purpose, beginning this afternoon, with Chiefs Gina Deer and Kahsennenhawe-Sky-Deer hosting today�s Kiosk.

This initiative will be evaluated on a seasonal basis.
