Housing Consultations Begin

As announced last month, the Zarex Business Centre will be consulting Kahnawa�kehr�:non on potential changes to Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke (MCK) Housing Department programming.

Consultation will take the form of a combination of phone and in person surveys at the Services Complex (conducted by Tracey Delormier, hired by Zarex) and are also available online by clicking here:

The consultations will take place from May 21st  to 31st.
Feedback will be sought on housing program enhancements and will include the following:

� Revolving loan fund amounts, terms and conditions
� Rent to own programming
� Loans to Elderly/Seniors
� Subsidized social housing for low income families/persons
� Housing Repair Loan increases
� Housing Plan Review and Inspection Services

Participants can also give feedback on the programming not mentioned above.

All participants will be eligible to win one of three Shop Kahnawake Gift Certificates. Three prizes of $250, $150 and $100 will be drawn randomly on Friday, June 7 on K�103.
