Feedback report for draft amendments to Kahnawake Elections Law released

The Kahnaw�:ke Legislative Coordinating Commission (KLCC) would like to inform Kahnawa�kehr�:non that the Community Feedback Report for the first draft of proposed amendments to the Kahnaw�:ke Elections Law has been completed and is now available online at the KLCC website. This can be accessed at www.kahnawakemakingdecisions.com.

The Report is based on community feedback received during the 30-day period set aside for that purpose, which ended on Friday, 27 Seskehk�:wa/September 2013.

Those planning to participate in the upcoming Community Consultation to discuss the first draft are strongly urged to read the report in preparation for the meeting, which is scheduled for 5, Kentenhk�:wa/November 2013.
