Upcoming Mercier Bridge lane closures

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke would like to advise road users of upcoming lane closures on the Mercier Bridge.

The Jacques Cartier & Champlain Bridges Incorporated will be closing one Kahnaw�:ke-bound lane for maintenance work on the new Monette viaduct from 10pm to 6am nightly from Tuesday, October 15th to Friday, October 18th. Both Montreal-bounds lanes will be kept open during this period.

Meanwhile, the Minist�re des Transports du Qu�bec will be conducting cleaning work and unloading materials beneath the structure causing the closure of one Kahnaw�:ke-bound lane from 9pm to 5am every Wednesday night beginning October 16th until November 27th.

One Kahnaw�:ke-bound will remain open at all times.

The MCK continues to remind the public that works/closures on the Mercier Bridge are subject to change due to weather conditions, operational constraints or work progression, and that it does not take part in the scheduling or cancellation of such works.
