Animal Protection seeking owner of injured dog

The Animal Protection Department of the Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke is searching for the owner of an injured dog that was picked up early this morning.

The animal was found in the Bowery area on South Creek road and the extent of its injuries will require veterinary attention.

The dog is a Sheppard mix, wearing a silver choke-chain and is approximately 80 pounds. (see image)
