Annual Tree Giveaway on May 9th

The Kahnaw�:ke Environment Protection Office (KEPO) is pleased to announce that the Annual Tree Giveaway will be held Friday, May 9th from 10am until 2:30pm at the Green Space next to the K103 Radio building.

1,500 trees will be available at no charge, donated by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Fauna and are distributed to communities by the 4H Clubs du Quebec. Community members may take up to five (5) trees per household. The types of trees that are available this year are not yet known.

KEPO is urging community members to drop by as early as possible due to high demand. Please bring a bag or bucket to transport the trees. In case of heavy rain the Giveaway will be moved to the Recycling Depot.
