Truck ban lifted for July 1 on Mercier Bridge

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke (MCK) wishes to inform road users that the Jacques Cartier & Champlain Bridges Incorporated (JCCBI) has lifted the truck ban on the Mercier Bridge for Tuesday, July 1st.

The truck ban is being lifted for one day to accommodate for what is known as �Moving Day� in the province of Quebec.

The truck ban will be back in effect the following day, Tuesday, July 2nd.

The MCK reminds the public that works/closures on the Mercier Bridge are subject to change due to weather conditions, operational constraints or work progression, and that it does not take part in the scheduling or cancellation of such works.
