Weeknight closures on Mercier Bridge, Wednesday and Thursday

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawake (MCK) has been informed by the Jacques Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated and Minist�re des Transports du Qu�bec is scheduling evening closures on the Mercier Bridge from Wednesday, September 10th until the early hours of Friday, September 12th.

The work is required to prepare for upcoming reinforcement and replacement and is scheduled as follows:

Wednesday and Thursday evening from 10pm to 1am
-    132 down ramp towards La Prairie � CLOSED
-    Montreal-bound reduced to one lane
Thursday and Friday morning from 1am to 5am (continuation of work from prior evening)
-    138 down ramp towards Chateauguay � CLOSED
-    Kahnaw�:ke-bound reduced to one lane

The MCK reminds the public that works/closures on the Mercier Bridge are subject to change due to weather conditions, operational constraints or work progression, and that it does not take part in the scheduling or cancellation of such works.
