Peacekeepers assist Tyendinaga Police in execution of warrant

The Kahnawake Peacekeepers would like to inform community members of an incident that took place at approximately 11:26am today at a business on Route 207 in Kahnaw�:ke. The Peacekeepers assisted the Tyendinaga Police in the execution of a warrant for stolen property.

The property in question was stolen manufacturing equipment worth over $2 million dollars.

No evidence of stolen property was found on the premises. Rumors of RCMP involvement at the scene are false.
