Animal Vaccination Clinic dates announced

The Animal Protection Department of the Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke is pleased to announce Animal Vaccination Clinics to be held Sunday, April 26th and May 3rd both from 9am to 1pm at the Community Protection Unit building.

A registered veterinarian will be on-site to provide check-up, vaccination and preventative services for cats and dogs provided at a lower cost than at a veterinarian office plus administration fees of $10 for residents and $15 for non-residents (plus a $20 annual membership fee for non-residents). All fees are the responsibility of the pet owner.

There have been confirmed cases of Lyme disease and heartworm in Kahnaw�:ke animals. Please help prevent the contraction of these diseases and protect your pets by vaccinating.
