MCK issues clarification on identity of arrested person

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke (MCK) wishes to clarify that the person who was identified in media reports regarding the First Nations Winery police operation is not the same person who is known to many Kahnawa�kehr�:non as the General Counsel for the Kahnawake Gaming Commission.

The Murray Marshall who was implicated in the media reports is a different person who lives in Ontario.
