Correction - Notice of the advanced Special Poll

Electoral Officer for the 2015 Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke Elections, Dwayne Kirby, would like to correct the press release issued June 2nd (�Notice of the advanced Special Poll�) with regard to the forms to request to take part in the advanced Special Poll. 

The Electoral Officer has made available forms that people can use to submit their request to take part in the Special Poll. Those forms can be picked up directly at his home on Church Road. (The original release indicated that forms would be available at the main reception of the Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke.)

Those interested in participating in the Special Poll must submit a written request with reasons to the Electoral Officer no later than Thursday, June 11th at 10am.

The Special Poll takes place on Saturday, June 13th from 10am to 12 noon at the lobby of the Services Complex. The Poll is intended for anyone who expects to be unable to vote on Election Day, which is scheduled for Saturday, June 20, 2015 from 9am to 6pm.
