Complete Montreal-bound closure of Mercier Bridge overnight Wednesday

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke wishes to inform road users that the Minist�re des Transports du Qu�bec will completely close the Montreal-bound side of the Mercier Bridge from Wednesday, August 19th at 11pm until Thursday, August 20th at 5am.
 
During this time, there will be no Montreal-bound access. The complete closure is required to carry out permanent marking work on the Monette overpass on the Lasalle side of the Mercier Bridge.

Motorists heading towards Montreal will need to utilize an alternate route.

The Kahnaw�:ke-bound side of the Mercier Bridge is not affected by this closure.

The MCK reminds the public that these works are subject to change due to weather conditions, operational constraints or work progression, and that it does not take part in the scheduling or cancellation of such works.
