Truck Ban still in effect for Mercier Bridge

The Kahnawake Peacekeepers and the Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke would like to remind motorists (more specifically those in the trucking industry) that there is currently a Truck Ban in place for the Mercier Bridge.

Direction Montreal: No Trucks permitted on the bridge 24/7
Direction Kahnaw�:ke/South Shore: No Trucks permitted from 15:00 to 19:00 Monday to Friday

The ban is in place as a result of the on-going rehabilitation work on the Mercier Bridge, and will remain in effect until work is completed at the end of August 2016.
