MCK announces new Permits Page on its website

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke (MCK) would like to inform the community about a new Permits Page on its website at www.kahnawake.com/permits . 

The MCK issues permits within the community for Landfill, Filming, Hawkers & Peddlers, Alcohol and Beverages, as well as other non-categorized requests.

Individuals, establishments or organizations must possess an authorized permit to conduct any regulated activities within the Territory of Kahnaw�:ke.

�The page is intended to provide a list of permits currently in effect for community members to consult for verification,� said Rats�nhaienhs Bobby Patton, who holds the Community Safety portfolio.

The page will be updated on a regular basis as permits are issued.
