Low Cost Spay and Neuter Clinic dates announced

The Animal Protection Department of the Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke is now scheduling appointments for the next series of Low-Cost Spay and Neuter Clinics for cats and dogs.
A maximum of 5 dog and 5 cat procedures will be performed each day on the following dates:
- Wednesday, April 12th and 26th
- Wednesday, May 10th and 24th
- Wednesday, June 7th and 21st
All services are provided at a significantly reduced rate but prices vary according to the weight and sex of the animal. Scheduling an appointment and a $20 deposit is required - all fees are the responsibility of the pet owner.
Animals will be transported to Timberlea Veterinary Clinic in Kirkland at an additional cost of $15 ($20 for non-residents). Pet owners are asked to provide their own cages and carriers.
Please note that a $20 annual Kahnaw�:ke Animal Protection Membership fee will apply for non-residents. This membership provides access to all clinics throughout the year.
