Reminder - Community Tenants Meeting Tuesday and Wednesday

The Housing Department of the Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke is inviting all local tenants (renters) to participate in meetings to discuss and gauge interest in the establishment of a ′rental board′ type of structure within the community.

Two sessions will be held at the Peacekeeper�s Station � Tuesday, April 4th and Wednesday, April 5th from 6pm � 8pm. Dinner will be provided at 5:15pm for those in attendance. 

The Housing Department is seeking the thoughts and experiences of local tenants in areas such as leases, tenant rights, landlord rights, protection of property, insurance, etc.
