Kanawaki Consultation Report now online

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke is pleased to announce that the report on the Kanawaki Golf Club Community Consultation is now available for viewing online at www.kanawakilease.com or in-person at the MCK main reception.

The report was prepared by Kanawaki Consultation Officer Linda Delormier.
 
�We�re pleased to present this to the community,� said Rats�nhaienhs Carl Horn, the Council Chief who has been working on the Kanawaki file. �An incredible amount of work went into this project during the past year. There were elements of education, consultation and even debate since the project was launched last October. We have been in contact with each landholder and have consulted with a number of Kahnawa�kehr�:non. We�re confident that the key results and recommendations contain the reflection of both the landholders and community members.�
