Suspect In fatal accident arraigned in court

The 22-year-old driver involved in this weekend�s fatal accident was arraigned in Longueuil court this afternoon.

Anthony Robertson (DOB 1995-06-15) of Kahnaw�:ke was formally charged with the following:
� Two(2) counts of impaired driving causing death
� Three(3) counts of impaired driving causing bodily harm
� Two (2) counts of negligence causing death
� Three(3) counts of negligence causing bodily harm
� Two(2) counts of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death
� Three (3) counts of dangerous operation of vehicle causing bodily harm
� Two(2) counts of failure to stay at the scene of an accident involving death
� Three(3) counts of failure to stay at the scene of an accident involving bodily harm
� Two counts of Breach of a Recognizance for an unrelated offense.

The suspect remains in custody at this time and is expected to appear for a bail hearing at a later date.
