Special Womens Meeting Wednesday to address recent tragic events

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke (MCK) wishes to advise the community that a Special Women�s Meeting has been organized by community members, with the goal of addressing recent tragic events in Kahnaw�:ke. The MCK strongly supports this initiative and is distributing this information in the public interest.

The meeting will take place on Wednesday evening at the Golden Age Club. It will begin at 6:30 pm sharp. All Kahnaw�:ke women are invited to attend.

It was erroneously stated that the meeting was postponed in a public service announcement issued yesterday. The MCK apologizes for the error.
