Upcoming office holiday closures

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke (MCK) would like to inform the community that all its administrative offices will be closed for the holidays from Friday, December 22 until Tuesday, January 2, 2018.
Notes to keep in mind:
- Garbage pickup will continue Fridays as usual
- Recycling pickup: Regular collection except for;
- Christmas day pick-up takes place over two days; December 25 (8 am � 1 pm) & 26 (full day)
- New Years day pick-up takes place over two days; January 1 (8 am � 1 pm) & 2 (full day)
- No cardboard drop-offs throughout the holidays, please place curbside next to your bin for regular recycling pickup
- Please note, if your recycling is not collected on your specific collection day, it will be collected the following day. Thank you for your patience.
- Transfer Depot: closed for the holidays except for December 27, 28 & 29
- All essential services remain in operation
Additionally, Christmas trees will be picked-up on the Special Recycling Collection weeks of January 7 and January 22, 2018. Please ensure trees are free of decorations and placed curbside by 7 am. There will also be a special bin at the Transfer Depot throughout January for those wishing to drop off their tree.
All offices of the MCK will resume regular business hours on Wednesday, January 3, 2018, at 8:30 am.
