Kanienkeh�ka of Kahnaw�ke Law Second Hearing resumes tomorrow (Tuesday)

The Kahnaw�:ke Legislative Coordinating Commission would like to remind the community that the fourth meeting of the Community Decision Making Process Second Hearing (postponed from May 1) for proposed amendments to the Kanien�keh�:ka of Kahnaw�:ke Law (formerly known as the Kahnaw�:ke Membership Law) will take place tomorrow (Tuesday, 15 Onerahtohk�:wa/May 2018) at the Golden Age Club.

The agenda will be as follows:

� Composition and powers of the Community Review Board
� Application for Recognition
� Adopted Children
� Responsibilities of Kanien�keh�:ka of Kahnaw�:ke
� Kanien�keh�:ka of Kahnaw�:ke Pledge
� Suspension of Entitlements
� Revocation of Entitlements
� Renunciation
� Regulations
� Transitory Provisions

The Hearing will begin promptly at 6:00pm and end at 8:30pm. Copies of the Draft Law and Records of Discussion for previous meetings are available for review on the home page of www.kahnawakemakingdecisions.com

Please note that the fifth meeting is scheduled for Tuesday,29 Onerahtohk�:wa/May 2018 .
