Marsh Monitoring Bird Study in Kahnawake this June

The Kahnaw�:ke Environment Protection Office (KEPO) wishes to inform the community that they will be participating in a Marsh Monitoring Bird Survey on Tuesday, June 12th, and again on June 25th or 26th.

KEPO, along with two consultants from Bird Protection Quebec will survey three (3) stations in the wetland/marsh habitats behind Lafleur�s Golf Club, along the Old Train Tracks and adjacent to Highway 30. 

The landowners in the area have been contacted and have provided permission for the technicians to access these sites.
