207 Intersection Modification Project

The Capital Unit of the Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke would like to inform the Community of the upcoming project to re-configure the 207 Intersection at Highway 30. The project will begin Monday, June 18, and will last until November 2018.

The project consists of installing water and sewer systems for future development, modifying the intersection by widening the roadway, and installing traffic signalization.



Residents in the area may be inconvenienced with, dust and noise from trucks and equipment, detours and temporary road closures. Proper road signalization will be installed to warn of the construction limits.

All private properties that are affected by the work in this area will be repaired prior to the completion of the project.
