Draft Kahnawake Cannabis Control Law re-posted with feedback changes

The Kahnaw�:ke Legislative Coordinating Commission (KLCC) wishes to advise the community that the draft Kahnaw�:ke Cannabis Control Law has been re-posted with community feedback changes incorporated, for viewing at www.kahnawakemakingdecisions.com.

All the submissions received during the 30-day feedback extended period (April 11, 2018 - May 25, 2018) were studied by the Technical Drafting Committee, and as a result, there are a number of changes to the draft law. The revised draft law with the various comments and proposed amendments received from community members and organizations is now available for viewing.

A community hearing will be scheduled in the near future where all community members will be invited to further discuss the law.
