Notice regarding the selling or serving of Alcohol within the Territory

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke (MCK) would like to remind Kahnawa�kehr�:non that any establishment selling or serving alcohol within the territory must be licensed through the Alcoholic Beverages Control Board. Anyone selling or serving without a permit is contravening Mohawk Law.

Establishments that are licensed are obliged to display the permit in a prominent area.

The community can obtain information concerning establishments that are licensed by contacting the Alcoholic Beverages Control Board at 450-635-2002.
