Organizational Health Check and Risk Assessment Initiative

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke (MCK) wishes to inform the community that a Health Check and Risk Assessment of the Organization will begin in the coming weeks.

This initiative, presented at an all-staff-meeting this morning at the Knights of Columbus, will help assess and identify what is working well in the Organization and what needs improvement compared to standards and benchmarks.

The consultant firm BDO has been hired to assist the MCK identify the risks that appear in the organization and what needs to be done to mitigate these risks.
