MCK hires new General Manager of Housing

The Housing Unit of the Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke is very happy to welcome Kara Paul as the new General Manager (GM) of Housing Programs & Client Services.

In this newly created role, she will oversee the operations and development of the various Housing programs, administer and supervise case management of client files, and manage the administrative aspects of the Housing Unit.

This GM role will be important in terms of ensuring effective client service and will act as a key link between client and community needs and the strategic development of Housing.

"Kara brings with her experience in program and caseload management having worked both at Tewatohnhi�saktha & KSCS and is a very welcome addition to the Housing unit," said Davis Montour, Director of Housing. "She�ll act as the resource to assess, plan, and respond to client needs, resulting in better service to our clients.�

Ms. Paul began her duties on August 19, 2019.
