Drone inspection work under Mercier Bridge

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawake (MCK) would like to inform the community that authorization has been granted to the company EXP/Stantec for drone survey work on the North Wall, underneath the Mercier Bridge from Thursday, January 23rd to Saturday, January 25th from 6am to 11:30am.

This visual survey work is part of the regular maintenance and inspection of the MTQ portion of the span. EXP/Santec will launch the drones from Tekakwitha Island.

The MCK would like to note that this inspection/survey work is not being carried out for the New South-Bound Span Project that was announced by the MTQ in April of 2017.
