Participants needed for Kahnaw�:ke Residency Law Regulations meeting

The Kahnaw�:ke Legislative Coordinating Commission wishes to advise the community that the Kahnaw�:ke Residency Law (KRL) Technical Drafting Committee is seeking community input to draft Regulations for the KRL. This law was enacted at a duly convened Council meeting held 17, Ohiar�:ha/June 2019 and passed via Mohawk Council Resolution #1/2019-2020. 

As required in the Community Decision Making Process, this meeting is being planned for this Thursday, February 6, 2020 from 5:00pm until 8:00pm at the MCK main building.  As snacks and beverages will be served, please contact Jennifer McComber at the Office of the Kahnaw�:ke Kanien�keh�:ka Registry, 450-638-0500, so the number of participants can be accommodated.

Further opportunities for community input will be announced as they are scheduled.
