Overnight Lane Closures Mercier Bridge

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawake (MCK) has been informed by the Ministere des Transports (MTQ) of overnight lane closures on the Mercier Bridge tonight, Thursday May 28, from 10pm to 5am. Crews will partially close the left-hand lanes of the Kahnawake, and Montreal bound Mercier Bridge in order to open up the "crossover" in the middle of the span. The "crossover" is used to deviate traffic during bridge works. This work has been approved Kahnawake′s COVID-19 Pandemic Task Force. The MCK reminds the public that these works are subject to change due to weather conditions, operational constraints, or work progression and that it does not take part in the scheduling or cancellation of such works.
