Local Roadwork and Lane Closures

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke (MCK) has been informed by the Minist�re des Transports du Qu�bec (MTQ), that on-going work for Mercier Bridge sign panels will be carried-out Tuesday, December 8 from 7am until 6pm.
Crews will be in the area of the R-207/R-138 Intersection, R-138 west access ramp from R-207, and R-132 east. Partial lane closures may be required, as crews will be working on the shoulder in the aforementioned areas.
Additionally, the MCK wishes to remind motorists that work for the Hydro-Quebec Line 2 dismantlement project continues this week, and will require short-term (up to a maximum of ten minutes) closures of R-207 at Towerline Rd from 9am until 3pm.
Please drive with caution and slow down when entering the mobile work zones, and respect the Move-Over Law when you see flashing lights. The MCK reminds the public that these works are subject to change due to weather conditions, operational constraints, or work progression and that it does not take part in the scheduling or cancellation of such works.
