Semi-Detached Units Update

The Housing Department of the Social Development Unit would like to announce that Phase 1 � Construction of the Semi-Detached Housing Units is complete. A total of 20 units have been constructed, with the same amount of applicants selected to purchase.

Phase 2 construction of the remaining 8 units is scheduled to be completed within weeks. Applicants who have previously applied and were not selected for Phase 1 will still be eligible for Phase 2.
