Nelva Diabo celebrates 40 years on the job

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke (MCK) wishes to congratulate Nelva Diabo on this 40th anniversary of her first day of work at the MCK.

While she currently works as General Manager of the Executive Director�s Office, Nelva has worked in several departments through her illustrious career. She was the Housing Coordinator from 1980 to 1993, the Operations Coordinator at the Capital Unit from 1993 to 2006 and, since 2006, in the Executive Director�s Office.

She has proven to be versatile, industrious, and very effective in her various roles. For the MCK it is a bittersweet milestone, as Nelva will be retiring on December 31st. While she has accumulated great knowledge through her years of service, she has also accumulated innumerable friendships among her co-workers.
