Court of Kahnawake postponing upcoming sessions

The Court of Kahnaw�:ke wishes to inform the public that due to recent developments with the pandemic, cases scheduled to go to court will be postponed as follows:

• Cases scheduled for January 2021 are being postponed as a measure of health safety to reduce the potential spread of COVID-19 at this time (except for remote court sessions limited to cases where no defendant or witnesses are physically present).

• The next court date is scheduled for February 2, 2021. This will be evaluated in the coming weeks and may change if necessary.
